Biography
Greetings! My name is Dani Divine and I have been an artist ever since I could draw. Art to me is the freedom of expression through colors, movements and emotions. The act of painting shushes the buzz in my brain from the chaos of everyday life. I am my biggest critique and as I grew older I became more aware of my own talents. I was such a perfectionist at times, I would never finish a painting or I would even have trouble starting something because I needed to plan and draw out my artwork. As I grew older, I used painting as a form of art therapy. I did not realize how mentally blocked I was. Sometimes you have to pick up the brush, grab some colors and just do what feels right. I learned to channel my angelic ancestors and they told me this is my path. They also give me small visions of inspiration. I am also inspired by other artists, nature, animals, the universe, deep space, numerology, astrology, colors, emotions, my children, and the world around us. There's always hidden beauty and Art if you just know where to look.
